Are mobile clinic prices higher than most brick and mortar vet practices?
There is a house call fee for each visit, but our other fees tend to be in line with industry standards. We have nearly all of the same capabilities of a standalone clinic but require gasoline to move us to each appointment and also run the generator which powers all of the diagnostics. The cost of travel is significant in a 26’ vehicle and it incurs more frequent wear and tear. We also cannot see as many patients in a day due to traveling to each location. We prioritize our time with you and your animal so that we get a thorough history, exam and quality diagnostic plan. Please call us for cost of services or an estimate!
How do I prepare for my pet’s mobile veterinary visit?
If it’s your pet’s first visit with us, please have all of their medical information/records available, if applicable. Please also make sure that your pet isn’t playing hide and seek when we arrive. If necessary, we recommend that you have your pet prepared by being leashed or in a crate/carrier.
What surgeries are available on a mobile clinic?
Surgically we are able to perform canine and feline spays and neuters, mass removals, aural (ear) hematoma repairs, and others!
We provide dental cleanings, full mouth dental radiographs, extractions, and minor oral mass removals.
How long do the sutures stay in place for?
Sutures remain in place for 10-14 days and will be removed during the scheduled recheck appointment.
Do you board pets?
No, we are a mobile facility.
